Non urgent appointments can be booked at Reception, on the telephone or online.
If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will arrange this for you, however it may not always be with your chosen doctor.
You can also book an appointment through our online service.
Extended Access
The clinic holds an early morning surgery twice a week.
Tuesday and Thursday – 7.00 – 8.00 am
Please ask the reception staff for details, pre-arranged appointments only.
Repeat prescriptions will not be available during this time.
Evening and weekend appointments may be available in the local Extended Access Service Hub.
Cancel an Appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
We have a high number of ‘Did Not Attend’ and appointments are precious which makes non attenders wasting an appointment that could have been used for an emergency.
Your thoughtfulness and cooperation is appreciated in not wasting appointments.

Home Visits
If you are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery, please request a home visit via the appointments telephone line. Our GPs will assess your symptoms over the phone prior to arranging a visit.
Please refrain from requesting a home visit unless absolutely necessary. This is to reduce the impact on other patients.
Late For Your Appointment
Please attend your appointment on time, if you are late you may not be seen. If you are not seen you will not be able to rearrange your appointment until the next working day-except in the event of an medical emergency that requires immediate attention.
Text Reminder Service
We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
